Getting Started
One-to-one personal development coaching sessions typically last 60-90 minutes.
I use a beautiful cosy room at The Goddess and the Guru in the centre of Holmfirth, and also a lovely space at Holme Valley Wellbeing Centre in Holmbridge, just outside of Holmfirth.
Online coaching, as with most other practices is now a more convenient way for us to connect (usually via Zoom or Google Meet).
Most clients get the results they want with 4 to 8 sessions. However, I am happy to work with you for as long as you want to work with me!
We can sometimes identify other goals during our time together, and you may wish to explore these further when you are ready.
The Discovery session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit. Building trust and rapport is essential for a successful coaching relationship.
This one-to-one session lasts 30–60 minutes and is free of charge. (Face-to-face sessions are £20 to cover room hire.)
If we both feel happy to move forward, you can then book your first full coaching session.
Once booked, I’ll send you a Coaching Agreement outlining what you can expect from me and what I’ll ask of you as a client.
You’ll also receive optional exercises and questionnaires to help you reflect on what matters most to you and begin identifying goals ready for our work together.
One-to-one coaching sessions generally last 60-90 minutes and are £70 per session. (Payment is required at the point of booking).
Block bookings can be made for 4 sessions at a time at a discounted rate of £245. (Full payment required at the time of booking the first session).
Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
